Everything you need to feel prepared for your first class and every visit after.
Classes
Most of our classes are open to all levels. We have a “do what you can” philosophy, and our instructors will offer modifications and adjustments throughout class. If you’re new to Pilates, Signature Reformer and Forma Mat are great places to start.
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, start with Signature Reformer. It’s designed for all levels and will introduce you to the fundamentals. For mat, Forma Mat is a great place to begin.
Power Reformer is designed for clients with prior Pilates experience. You should be comfortable with foundational Reformer exercises before taking this class.
Yes, with your healthcare provider’s approval you can take our Reformer classes. Let your instructor know before class that you’re pregnant so they can provide appropriate modifications. Every pregnancy is different, so always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider. Heated mat classes are not permitted for pregnant clients.
Please let your instructor know before class about any injuries, limitations, or areas of concern. Your instructor can offer modifications. If you’re unsure whether Pilates is appropriate for you, check with your healthcare provider first.
Not at all. Come exactly as you are. Pilates is for every body and every starting point. Work at your own pace, take the modifications you need, and let your instructor guide you along the way. We’ll meet you where you are.
Casa Forma is for adults and older teens. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the required waiver.
Absolutely. Reformer and mat complement each other beautifully, and taking both gives you a chance to work your body in different ways. Mix Reformer with heated mat throughout the week to build strength, challenge your muscles, improve mobility, and keep your practice feeling fresh.
